AMPTRON® 12V 200Ah / 200A Slimline BluEdge Lithium LiFePO4 Batteries are an alternative replacement (AR) for any application currently using a deep cycle Gel, AGM or Flooded Lead Acid battery. They are an excellent option for anyone looking for a slimline form factor while not compromising on discharge performance and capacity. Amptorns new 'BluEdge" range also delivers high quality internal features, such as long-lifecycle LFP cells as well as premium construction and communication options via Bluetooth, CAN and RS485.
The maximum continuous discharge current is 200A and peak discharge current 400A for 3 seconds.
AMPTRON® BluEdge batteries come with a 5 year warranty and are designed using only the highest quality components. This includes the use of a robust Battery Protection System (BPS), aluminium encased prismatic cells, solid busbar connectors and a solid frame to reduce movement and damaging vibrations. AMPTRON® batteries can also be placed on its sides without the risk of components coming loose or loss of usable capacity.
Our Lithium batteries use a high quality robust integrated Battery Protection System (BPS) and is designed to manage and control all the battery protection requirements. The BPS maximisers the performance of the battery by automatically balancing the cells and protecting them from being over charged or over discharged. Our integrated BPS design is what allows our batteries to be used as an AR "Alternative Replacement" for many applications requiring durable, high quality, dependable and lightweight Lithium Batteries.
MANUFACTURER'S LIMITED WARRANTY:
AMPTRON® warrants each AMPTRON® branded battery sold by AMPTRON® or any of its authorized dealers or distributors worldwide, to be free of defects from the date of sale for 5 years. The warranty period starts at the time of purchase. If the original receipt is lost, the warranty will be based on the battery date code. The warranty covers failure due to defects in material or workmanship. Subject to the issues listed below, AMPTRON® will repair or replace the battery and/or parts of the battery if the components in question are defective in materials or workmanship.
Heavy Duty - Built In Battery Protection System
AMPTRON® lithium batteries have a built-in Battery Protection System (BPS) designed to prevent damage to the cells from almost any external accidental occurrence that would normally cause damage. The internal BPS will automatically disconnect to prevent damage to the cells if the battery drains below 10 volts. It will automatically reconnect when the charger is turned on. This protects the battery from over-discharging and damaging the cells. This technology also protects the battery from overcharge, short circuit and reverse polarity.

CELL BALANCING
The BMS balances the cells by sending more current through the length way circuit boards and into cells with a lower voltage. The BMS will also discharge cells that exceed 3.65V during charging.
THERMAL FUSE
Internal Cell Safety Fuse
Our latest cell technology is manufactured with a internal thermal safety fuse between the anode and cathode that will break and disconnect in the unlikely event the cell would begin to overheat.
