SHIPPING POLICY

“We highly recommend adding shipping insurance. Please ensure you inspect the item for damage before signing for it. Insurance claims may be made when if an item is damaged during transit and the damage prevents it from its intended use. Insurance covers the cost of the product only. Evidence will be required to support the claim. Photos/Videos of the damage are essential. We will request the original product to be returned to us for further assessment .”


Our  personalised shipping process means if the products are in stock your order will be dispatched within 48 hours of us receiving an order and clarifying shipping costs and delivery details with you. Their can be rare circumstances that this won't occur but if this happens we will contact you and clarify the delivery situation.


Please note we are unable to deliver to PO Box or Parcel Locker addresses.
We highly recommend including an answerable contact number with all orders as we do pro-actively make call outs to finalise and fast track the delivery process.


Deliveries by most courier services are to the front of the property, or may require to be picked up from a local depot, or the driver may need assistance to unload large orders. There is an extra charge if package needs to be delivered to inside the property, or be redelivered.


To protect Australian Consumers, our orders go through fraud checks. At times, we may not proceed with fulfilling the order and will contact you and ask for verifying details. Although rare, we reserve the right to cancel any order and provide a refund.
