Will this actually fit where a standard 100W panel won't?
Yes, that's the whole point of this panel. At 540mm wide and 1035mm long, it's noticeably narrower than a typical 100W panel, so it's a good option for tight caravan roof gaps, boat decks, and canopy tops where standard-width panels don't leave enough clearance.
How do I mount it?
Flexible panels are typically bonded to the mounting surface with a suitable adhesive, following the panel's flex tolerance, or fixed with eyelets/straps depending on your setup. Avoid screwing directly through the laminate.
What size controller do I need?
With a Vmp of 17.4V and Imp of 5.75A, this panel pairs well with a 12V-rated PWM or MPPT solar controller sized to your system and any additional panels you're running.
Can I connect more than one together?
Yes, multiple panels can be wired in series or parallel depending on your system voltage and controller, just make sure your combined output stays within your controller's rated limits.
Will it hold up in the sun and salt air?
It's built with a 7-layer lamination process, a moisture-protected border, and an industrial-grade ETFE coating specifically for demanding outdoor and marine environments.
